PROBLEM #1: The average person has 6-12 pounds of rotting, disease-causing fecal material lining the colon and it's slowly killing us and making us fat. The colon is a waste removal system, not a storage tank and the walls of our intestines should not have all the excess build up that we are finding in almost everyone alive in the modern world. 

 

Processed foods, chemicals and a lack of chewing our food well has created this build up of rotting poop inside our intestines. 

 

When the intestines are literally layered with crap you are going to feel like crap. Having all this excess fecal material in the colon blocks absorption of water and nutrients. 

 

This is one of the reasons we overeat because we are not able to absorb enough nutrients due to the toxic waste material inside of us blocking nutrient absorption. 

 

It also creates the perfect home for parasites, yeast, mold, other harmful pathogens and toxic chemical accumulation. 

 

Now that we know this, common sense tells us that we need to clean that stuff up and… VERY IMPORTANT!!!... do it without further disrupting our gut microbiome (the beneficial gram positive bacteria - AKA part of our immune system)???

PROBLEM #2: Since the 1960’s massive amounts of gut destroying  chemicals have been mass produced. 

 

Pesticides, herbicides, larvicides, fungicides, chemical fertilizers, food additives and pharmaceutical drugs (just to name a few) along with stress have killed off many of these beneficial gram positive bacteria in our gut. 

 

In doing so the gram negative bacterium in the gut like E.coli and Salmonella explode in growth and fill in the vacant area in the intestines created by the gram positive bacteria die off.
