- Spirulina Amazing source of predigested and complete proteins that regulates blood sugar. Spirulina is also high in iron and calcium. It’s great for women during PMS or anyone with inflammation due to its gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), a powerful anti-inflammatory agent.
