I love this recipe just by itself, with purple cabbage, romaine lettuce or just plopped on top of a salad! It’s so flavorful that when mixed in a salad it acts as a dressing. 

3 Ingredient Buffalo Jackfruit Tuna Salad 

🔅1 Can Jackfruit Tuna 

🔅2 Tbsp Veganaise 

🔅Buffalo Seasoning 

〰️ I like to put my jackfruit in the food processor for 10 seconds, I found it’s the quickest way to turn it into small shreds. If you like your jackfruit to be a little but more like a “pulled pork” consistency then I suggest separating the jackfruit by hand. 

〰️ Mix in all other ingredients and enjoy as you wish! 

Sometimes instead of buffalo seasoning I like to add BBQ seasoning! 

This is a very neutral flavored dish so you can get as creative as you want with this!
