Have you ever thought of Food as Frequency?

This is one of my many reasons for switching to a Raw Living Foods Lifestyle. 


When I eat foods that have life in them… I feel Alive! I feel Vibrant! I feel Alert!


When I eat foods that have been cooked, depleted of their nutrients… I feel Sedated, Sluggish, and Dulled.


We are currently on day 11 (7 of which I did a juice fast) and I definitely still feel a detox taking place. Everything is moving through me way smoother. I’m not hungry like I used to be. I crave more liquids and lighter meals. AND THIS IS ONLY DAY 11! 

I can’t even imagine what I am going to feel like in 30 days, 60 days, 90 days…. 1 year! 


I’ve always heard my whole life… “wait till you turn 30!” 

When people said this they were saying that my energy levels and metabolism were going to drop significantly. And me being me, I’ve always seen this as something that I want to challenge, this is part of the reason why I wanted to spend my 30th year around the sun nourishing my body with Raw Plant Based Living Foods. 

I want to show people that we can hold onto our youth and vitality as we age. But you have to be open and willing to show up and do the work! 


If there is one thing that this health journey has taught me, it’s that nothing tastes as good as healthy feels. 

Those little everyday investments (like drinking your greens, taking your supplements, eating clean nourishing foods, moving your body) DO pay off in the long run. 


You just have to believe. ✨
