I don’t know about you but one of my favorite things lately has been enjoying a smoothie after a hard workout.
This smoothie specifically… I call it the “Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie” 😎
Good for not only your soul but it’s also good for balancing your hormones and boosting libido!
Ingredients:
🔅1 Medium Frozen Banana
🔅2 Cups Raspberries
🔅1 Tbsp Maca Powder
🔅1 Tsp Lucama Powder
🔅1/2 Tsp Ashwagandha Powder
🔅2 Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter Powder
🔅1-2 Scoops SunWarrior Unflavored Protein Powder
🔅Stevita Brand Stevia *Optional if you like yours extra sweet
〰️Blend Together! And add toppings…
Toppings:
🔅Cocoa Nibs
🔅Goji Berries
🔅2 Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter Powder (Reconstituted with water)
