This has been a favorite recipe of mine for awhile, I probably make this recipe at least 20 times a year.
I especially like the fall time version!
Pumpkin Banana Bread!
This recipe is refined sugar free, gluten free and can be made vegan!
It only takes 5 min of prep time with a 30 min bake time!
What you’ll need;
〰️Vitamix/blendtec (blender)
🔅3 Ripened Organic Bananas
🔅2 Cups Sprouted Organic Rolled Oats
🔅2 Organic Eggs OR Flax Eggs (Combine 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds or flaxseed meal with 2 1/2 tbsp of water for each egg. Let sit for 5 minutes)
🔅1/4 Cup Maple Syrup (can sub Stevia if staying away from added sugars)
🔅1 Tsp High-Quality Non Alcoholic Vanilla Extract
🔅2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
🔅1 Tsp Baking Soda
🔅Sprouted Walnuts OR Pecans (optional for topping)
🔅Stevia Chocolate Chips (Optional for topping)
Superfood it with:
🔅2-3 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
🔅2-3 Tbsp of Hemp Seeds
🔅2-3 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
〰️Preheat the oven to 350°F.
〰️Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with a light coating of coconut oil and set aside.
〰️Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
〰️Pour ingredients into the pan, and Sprinkle Sprouted Walnuts or Pecans on top!
〰️Bake for 30-35 minutes.
〰️And… Voila!
