I love these living food tacos, they’re quick, easy and refreshing!
TIM’s LIVING FOOD TACOS RECIPE
Prep Time: 5-7 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 8oz Hummus
- 1 Cup Sprouted Lentils, Mung Beans or Fenugreek
- Veggie & Sprouts of Choice
- 1 tsp of Dulse or kelp flakes
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Pinch of Chili powder
- Lemon or Lime juice
- Paprika
- 2 leafs of lettuce or cabbage
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients except 3,8,9 &10.
STEP 2: Spoon Mixture onto lettuce or cabbage leaf
STEP 3: Top with spouts or any veggie, lemon or lime juice and paprika.
Enjoy!
We also like to add this homemade ranch dressing to ours!
RANCH DRESSING RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 C Soy Free Veganaise
- 2 tsp Onion Granules
- 2 tsp Dill Weed
- ½ tsp Garlic Granules or pressed garlic clove
- 1 tsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together evenly.
