Health Heroes! 🦸‍♀️

Life is constantly presenting us with opportunities. 

Opportunities to choose truth or turn away from truth. 

To stand in your authenticity or hide from yourself. 

Oftentimes we might choose what feels easiest in the moment, but “easy” doesn’t necessarily yield us the most growth. 

Sometimes the truth is difficult. 

Sometimes it’s scary. 

It’s the unknown, and you can never fully know the unknown. 

But let me tell you, When you face those difficult things with strength, courage, and presence. 

There is no greater reward. 

You start to feel that you are invincible. 

That you can do anything you want to do. 

That you can be with whatever arises. 

You stop becoming a slave to outer circumstances. 

And start becoming a liberated being that takes chances. Life is not meant to be cozy and dull. 

You stop dodging life and start embracing it. 

You expand. You grow and growth is what makes us feel alive. 

When I choose Truth, I feel free. 

And isn’t that what we all want?

Freedom. 

What is freedom to you?

What does it look like?

Feel like?

Does your life currently reflect a life of freedom?

Or does it reflect bondage?

Are you standing in your authenticity?

Or are you people pleasing?

Question everything. 

And choose Truth. 

Truth that is supported by Love.
