Did you know that more than 24% of American Adults go under the needle?
And that most of those people are unaware of the potential risks of getting/having tattoos?
Tattoo artists will say that their ink is non toxic, but did you know that there is no way for a tattoo to show on your skin without Heavy Metals. Heavy Metals is what makes the ink reflect off of your skin’s surface so it is visible.
That means there is a constant supply of Heavy Metals leaching into your body at all times, no matter how old the tattoo is.
That’s alarming to me. Why aren’t we being informed about this?
Side effects of Heavy Metal Toxicity include: Depression, Eating Disorders, Organ Damage, Behavioral Changes, and Difficulties with Thinking and Memory.
“While toxins of every kind are harmful, heavy metals pose a unique threat. Not only are they damaging in their own right, they are also a form of neurotoxin (a poison that disrupts nerve function and confuses your immune system). The good news is the answer isn’t to run out and get your tattoo removed. That actually pushes the Heavy Metals deeper into your body.
The solution is to make sure you are eating the necessary foods and taking the necessary products to ensure that you are sweeping the extra Heavy Metals out. And your best friend is Consistency.
Also, if you think your safe because you don’t have any tattoos, think again.

This is why I make sure I am eating things like Cilantro, Wild Blueberries, Garlic, Lemon Water, Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley Grass Juice Powder, Atlantic Dulse Flakes, ect.
On top of eating all of the foods I’ve listed above, I make sure I am taking Green 85 (1-2 Times) a day and Toxin Detox.
