Subscription Terms and Disclaimer
By enrolling in a subscription plan through Chemical Free Body, you agree to the following terms:

Contractual Agreement: Subscribing to a product or service on our website constitutes a binding contractual agreement. You acknowledge and accept that your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled.

Recurring Billing: The payment method provided at the time of subscription will be charged automatically each month for the agreed-upon subscription fee. Charges will occur at the same intervals as chosen in the drop down menu when the product is added to the cart. These intervals can also be changed to any amount of time in the “manage subscriptions” menu in the My Account page on the website.

Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account page on the website, or by contacting our support team at Support@chemicalfreebody.com or calling 888-368-9898.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before the order ships out. If you do not cancel prior to the order being shipped you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the order. To ensure your order is cancelled before shipping out, call us as that will get you right to a person, an email may not be seen early enough to cancel the order.

Refunds will be issued on subscriptions only if there is a problem with the products or an error with the order, in which case you will receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel your subscription after your order has been processed and shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. For orders over $99 within the USA that were provided with free shipping, the value of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Account Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that your billing information (e.g., payment method, billing address) remains accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in interruption or termination of your subscription.
