Have you gotten on the Chai Seed Band Wagon Yet?!

After a couple days of eating chia seeds, I’m a believer! I feel a difference already! 

These seeds are a superfood, packed full with nutrients!

Not only does it support healthy bowel movements, but their like natures magical sprinkles! ✨

They are a high source of fiber, loaded with antioxidants, a high quality source of protein, high in omega 3 fatty acids, AND they make an amazing pudding!!

And Tim James makes his very own, easy to make recipe!

Cha-Cha-Cha CHIA Pudding!!


1 C. Sprouted Almond milk or any other sprouted nut or seed milk of your choice!  

2 1/2 T. Chia seeds.

1 t. Alcohol-free vanilla flavoring.

2-5 drops of Stevita Brand liquid stevia

〰️Put ingredients in mason jar and shake well.

〰️5 minutes later stir or shake again then put into refrigerator. 

〰️Pudding will be ready in 15 minutes. It’s even better the next day so make extra to last for a few days and be yummier!

For different pudding flavors add:

Cinnamon, Alcohol-Free maple flavoring, carob powder (Chocolate), Berries like Blueberries or Raspberries, or Pumpkin Spice to make it festive!
