EMBRACING CHANGE AND TRUSTING THE PROCESS 🍁

EMBRACING CHANGE AND TRUSTING THE PROCESS 🍁

Health Heroes! 🦸‍♀️

I love it when one season ends and a new one begins….

It’s a little reminder that we are not stuck in any situation and that everything is constantly changing.

We hurt and we heal.

We build and we break.

We fall and we get back up.

Everything is a process.

Becoming healthier is a process.

It’s more about embracing the process rather than reaching a destination.

We don’t decide to become healthier and have everything figured out the next day. Everything is trial and error. We find what works and what doesn’t. And by the time we find something that does work, sometimes that changes too, then we need to find something else that works.

Our bodies go through phases just like the moon.

Every 7 years every cell in our body has transformed into a new cell.

I am literally not the same person I was 7 years ago. Think about that for a moment.

I saw this quote a few years ago and it instantly became one of my favorites. It taught me an important lesson. Maybe it will help some of you too.

“All the trees are losing their leaves and not one of them is worried.” -Don Miller

Losing leaves is inevitable. Worrying is a choice.

Life is about embracing change and trusting in the process. No matter what that process looks like.

Just like there are no wrong feelings.

There are no wrong seasons.

Allow it all to come and go.

Without becoming too fixated on a particular outcome.

Remember that everything is here to teach us something about ourselves, and nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know.

I hope you all make progress on your health goals this week, even if it’s just one thing. That’s something to celebrate! Acknowledge those baby steps and don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s!

With all my Love, Compassion and Understanding. ❤️

Let’s liberate ourselves from the shackles of our past conditioning!
