HAPPY LIVER HAPPY LIFE!

Health Heroes! ‍♀️

Today is the start of a series of blogs on “The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush”

I’ve been learning soooo much about how important a fully functioning Liver is!

The Liver is one of the most important organs in the body.

A Liver that doesn’t function properly is at the root of nearly every disease!

Soak that in for a moment.

What do you know about the liver and its functions?

I knew nothing before doing my first Liver/Gallbladder Flush (which I did about a month ago, and was blown away by the results!) The Liver/Gallbladder Flush that I did was a do it yourself 6 day process that was basically performing surgery on your body but without a knife.

Basically, these little stones get formed in our Liver and Gallbladder (from chemicals, toxins, and eating processed foods) and these stones obstruct the flow of bile from our liver into our intestinal tract. Bile is what creates an alkaline environment. Without proper bile amounts in our intestinal tract our digestive system (among a whole host of other bodily functions) suffer.

“To maintain a strong and healthy digestive system, prevent cell mutation and oxidation damage, and feed body cells the right amount of nutrients, the liver has to produce 1-1.5 quarts of bile per day. Many people produce just about a cupful or less per day. Nearly all health problems are a direct or indirect consequence of reduced bile availability.”

This is one of the many reasons why it’s so important to clear these stones out of your Liver & Gallbladder.

This is a topic I am going to go more in depth about every week, so stay tuned!

If you want to jump ahead and learn more about this yourself, go to the “Health Hero Lifestyle Library” on the group coaching members page and download “The Amazing Liver Cleanse” protocol!

Till next time… Keep this in mind… Happy Liver Happy Life!
