HEALTHY MUST MAKE RECIPE FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

It’s the holiday season and this is a crowd favorite recipe! 

Whenever I make this EVERYONE goes back for more. Even the meat lovers! 

This is hands down one of the BEST Raw Vegan Meals I’ve made. 🙌🏼

Inspired from the Hippocrates Health Institute cookbook!

I love this recipe because you can do so much with it, I’ve made burger patties, ‘meat’balls, and nut loafs.

This recipe is pretty large too, it makes enough to last a few days.

And it’s soooooooo yummy!

Ingredients:

🔅3 Cups Pecans, Soaked Overnight

🔅3 Cups Walnuts, Soaked Overnight

🔅2 Red Bell Peppers, Chopped 🫑

🔅1 Cup Chopped Carrots 🥕

🔅2 Tbsp Paprika

🔅1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

🔅1 Tbsp All Purpose Seasoning

🔅Braggs Liquid Aminos to Taste

Stir In:

🔅1 Cup Onion, Finely Diced 🧅

🔅1 Cup Celery, Finely Diced

Instructions:

🔅In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the onion and celery. Mix well.

🔅Process this mixture through an appropriate juicer using the blank (homogenizing) attachment.

🔅Season to taste.

🔅By hand, mix in the onion and celery.

🔅Form into a patty on a dehydrator tray; use a teflex sheet or unbleached parchment paper beneath.

🔅Dehydrate overnight.
