PUSHING PAST WHAT WE “THINK” WE CAN DO ✨

Right now, I want you to challenge yourself.

Because when you complete something you set out to do, it is the BEST FEELING!

We need to challenge ourselves more!We need to set goals, and DO THEM.

If there is one thing I see the most in people today is that people don’t do what they say they are going to do. I talk about this a lot because it’s KEY to our growth.

Right now, sit with yourself. Choose something that is going to challenge you. Let’s make this a group thing! Let’s share below what we are going to do, and at the end of the month, let’s check in again and see how many of us did it!

There is something so powerful about coming together as a community and sharing our successes!

This month, at the gym I workout at, they are challenging people to climb 29,035 feet on the Jacob’s Ladder by the end of February.

That means I need to do 1037 feet in elevation everyday in order to complete this challenge.

I don’t know if you have ever used a Jacob’s Ladder before…. But they are pretttttty intense. 😅

As soon as I heard about this challenge I was on board, so far I am already two days ahead of schedule and having this challenge has lit a fire in me and motivated me to push past through the thoughts of “I can’t do this” or “i’m going to die” (haha) because as Eminem says “when I say i’m gonna do something, imma do it!” 😆

I’ve realized that a huge part of this is pushing past what we “think” we can do into something much more vast and expansive. Our thoughts are so limiting. We are so much more!

When we are true to our word. We are being true to ourselves. We are pushing through old limited ways of being into new dimensions!

And this is where true transformation takes place.
