It’s Recipe Time!!


This is a great low calorie, nutrient dense substitute for those pasta lovers out there. 

*Inspired by Fully Raw Kristina (Improved Recipe)*


You’ll Need: 



High Speed Blender (such as a Vitamix or Blendtech) 


For Base: 

2 Cucumbers (You can also use Zucchini or Kelp Noodles)

½ Cup Parsley 


〰️Use the Spiralizer to turn your Cucumbers into Noodles. 

〰️Minch Parsley 

〰️(set aside while we make the sauce) 


For Sauce: 

½ Cup Sprouted Cashews 

½ Raw (or Sprouted if you have it) Tahini 

1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos 

1 Garlic Clove 

Dash (to your preference) Garlic Powder

Dash (to your preference) Onion Powder 

All Purpose Seasoning (to your preference) 

½ Filtered Water (The less water you add the creamier it will be) 


〰️Put into High Speed Blender and Blend Until Smooth. If you want to thin out the sauce just add more water. 

〰️Combine Noodles, Parsley and Sauce and Voila! 


Superfood it with Sprouts!

And Don’t Forget Your Digestive Enzymes!!

Also, the crunch from the Cucumbers is oh so satisfying!
