Are you ready for the Ultimate Summer Beverage?! ☀️

This is one of Tim James favorite! ?

You’ve probably heard him talk about it… it’s his version of a Healthy Guilt Free Cool Aid! ?

It lowers your blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and boosts your metabolism! 

On top of all of that is rich in a Vitamin C, Minerals and Antioxidants! 

All you Need is Hibiscus Leafs and Water! 

Let it steep for 8 hours. Strain the Leafs.

Maybe add some Stevia for Sweetener, or Lemon or Lime for some Tanginess. 

And…. Voila! 

Refresh Yourself with some Hibiscus Tea!  And let us know what you think
