I love this dessert because it is made with no refined or processed sugar!
Honey Mama Bars:
What you’ll need;
2 Tbsp Sprouted Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp Raw Honey
1/2 Cup Raw Cocoa Powder
Big Pinch of Salt
Mix all ingredients together on a plate.
You want the mixture to be dough like. If the mixture is too thin add more Cocoa Powder, if the mixture is too thick add more Honey or Coconut Oil
Put mixture on parchment paper, place another piece on top, roll out. Take the top paper off, sprinkle more salt on top, put parchment paper back down. Place in Freezer for 20-30 min.
Store in Refrigerator for 1-2 weeks,
Store in Freezer for up to 1 month.
