Health Heroes! ‍♀️


Right now, someone who is busier than you is working out right now. 


One of the most common messages I received as a person trainer is “I don’t have time for that.” or “i’m just too busy.” 


We all have the same 1,440 minutes in a day. 


We all wake every single morning with a lot of stuff to get done before we go back to sleep. We are all filling our days with “stuff” that seamlessly makes us “busy.” 


But it’s not about the amount of time we have that matters. 


It’s about HOW we choose to prioritize our time and goals. 


The difference between your life, and mine, or Jennifer Lopez’s is defined by what we choose to do with those minutes we are given each day. 


It’s a choice. 


It’s YOUR choice. 


You have to want something so bad that you will sacrifice something else. 


Get up an hour earlier. 


Shut your show off an hour earlier at night so you can go get that hour of sleep back. 


Stop mindlessly scrolling on your phone. 


Put more energy into your life than seeing what’s going on in other people’s lives. 


Don’t give your time to people who waste yours.  


Choose YOU!


And make yourself a priority! ✨
