This is a recipe that I am currently IN LOVE with. 

I’ve been drinking a little bit of this every night as tart cherry juice is a natural sedative, is loaded with antioxidants, electrolytes, and helps with muscle recovery!

I’ve also been doing this recipe using Stevita and it’s just as good! 

This recipe is a perfect non alcoholic beverage option.

Tart Cherry Mulled “Wine” (Non Alcoholic) 


  • 32 Oz Tart Cherry Juice
  • 1 Cup Filtered Water
  • 1/2 Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Cranberries
  • 3 Orange Slices
  • 3 Star Anise
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 10 Cloves

How to Make: 

Put all ingredients into a put and simmer for 20 minutes!
