Since Covid hit, my whole exercise regimen has been flipped— turned upside down.
I’ve had to readjust and learn a whole new way of being and moving my body.
Also, I didn’t realize how reliant I was on music and the gym!
But recently, I’ve tapped into a more meditative state while exercising.
Ive become more gentle with myself, while simultaneously still entering into that space of pushing myself.
And I recently discovered how unbelievably FUN Trail Running is!
I never knew exercising outdoors could feel so effortless and exciting at the same time.✨
