Everyday we make a choice. ☹️

Choose to Feel Good!

Choose Happiness!

Every choice we make around what we do and what we feel is a vote for how we are currently caring for ourselves. 

On my 9th time of taking Ayahuasca this download came to me. Wake up, feel good. That’s all we have to do! 

I realized that life is so much simpler than we are making it. 

Why do we complicate our lives so much? 

We think we need to be a certain way in order to be happy. 

Maybe when I…

Have that perfect body.. 

Have that car or house I want.. 

Have that job position I’ve always wanted. 

But happiness doesn’t work like that. In the same way we chose to set our alarm for 6am, we can choose to be unhappy. 

So why would we choose unhappiness?

Sometimes we get so lost in ‘the story’ of what we don’t have, thats constantly replaying in our mind that we lose sight of this moment.

We lose sight of being grateful for what we do have.

And in every moment we have a choice of how we want to feel in this moment. ‍♀️

I don’t know about you… 

But if I have a choice, I choose Happy!
